Charlotta Blatterman was born on November 11th, 1838 in Maysville, KY. Charlotta Blatterman's father was Henry Purviance Peers and her mother was Ann Eliza Richeson. Her paternal grandparents were Valentine PEARCE and Nellie Orr; her maternal grandfather was John B. Richeson. She had three brothers and a sister, named John Valentine, William Harrison, Charles Edward and Benjamine Orr. She was the second oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 41 on December 6th, 1879 in Richmond, Va.-
