Melvin Orr 
Melvin was born on January 8th, 1894.1 Melvin's father was George Washington Jr Orr and his mother was Denina Helen Fulks. His paternal grandparents were George Washington Sr. Orr and Elizabeth Bridges Stout; his maternal grandparents were Henry Jackson Fulks and Nancy Emeline Mitchell. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Dewey, James, Ethel, Eva Fulks, Maudie, Edith and Ida. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Barney, Charles Jackson, William Harrison and Gertrude. He died at the age of 76 on August 10th, 1970. He was buried in 1970 in Newby Cemetery, Lyon Co., KY.2 3 -
