Edith Koon 
Edith was born on February 14th, 1909.1 Edith's father was George Washington Jr Orr and her mother was Denina Helen Fulks. Her paternal grandparents were George Washington Sr. Orr and Elizabeth Bridges Stout; her maternal grandparents were Henry Jackson Fulks and Nancy Emeline Mitchell. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Melvin, Dewey, James, Ethel, Eva Fulks, Maudie and Ida. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Barney, Charles Jackson, William Harrison and Gertrude. She died at the age of 91 on July 24th, 2000 in Eddyville, Lyon, Kentucky, United States of America. She was buried on July 26th, 2000 in Hickory Grove Cemetery, Lyons Co., KY.2 2 General Notes

EDDYVILLE, Ky.--Eddith F. Koon, 91, of Eddyville died at 6:45 a.m. Monday, July 24, 2000 at Caldwell County Hospital in Princeton.
She was a member of Star Lime Works Pentecostal Church in the "Between the Rivers" area, now Land Between the Lakes, near Grand Rivers.
Surviving are one son, Carl Koon of Princeton; four daughters, Virginia Holsapple, Pat Rogers and Elva Mae White, all of Eddyville, and Eileen Rau of Benton; one sister, Eva Brooks of Kuttawa; six grandchildren; one stepgrandchild; seven great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elzie Koon. Her parents were George and Nina Fulks Orr.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Dunn's Funeral Home in Eddyville. The Rev. Wayne Glass will officiate, and burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery in Old Eddyville.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
