Franklin Orr

Franklin was born in 1854 in KY.¹ Franklin's father was James H Orr and his mother was Martha A. His paternal grandparents were John Orr and Nancy Steerman Orr. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John T., William V, Harry B., Joseph Johnson, Permelia F, Mary E, Addie and Mattie. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.
