Elmer Franklin Orr 
Elmer Franklin was born on February 16th, 1885 in Missouri.1 Elmer Franklin's father was John T. Orr and his mother was Roberts. His paternal grandparents were James H Orr and Martha A. He had a brother and two sisters, named Earl, Minnie and Mattie. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 66 on March 12th, 1951 in San Diego, California.2 -
