Albert L. was born in 1853 in Tennessee.1 Albert L.'s father was Thomas Orr and his mother was Harriett N. Orr. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Jr Orr and Agnes Nancy Kinkade. He had two brothers and two sisters, named David L., Harvey L., Parthena and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the five children.-
