Arabella Fransis was born on December 30th, 1830 in Allen, Kentucky, USA.1 Arabella Fransis' father was Thomas Neale and her mother was Margaret Brevard Davidson. Her paternal grandparents were William Neale and Sally Blackwell. She had a brother and two sisters, named George Lafayette, Josephine E and Annie. She was the oldest of the four children. She had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named William C, James Young, William C, Jenney, Mary Ann and George Lafayette. She died at the age of 75 on October 16th, 1906 in Cherokee City, Benton, Arkansas, USA.1 -
