Ruth Garrett was born in 1886 in Caldwell Co., KY.1 Ruth Garrett's father was Robert Henry Craig and her mother was Nancy Jane Henry. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Craig and Nancy Cooper. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Samuel Joseph, John Urey, Robert Francis, Lucy Agnes, Mary Elizabeth and Anna Eliza. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 90 in 1976.-
