  Know all men by these presents that we TACY COOPER and WILLIAM ORR  are held and firmly bound unto Christopher Greenup Esquire, governor of the State of Kentucky in the trust and real sum of fifty pounds current money to the payment of which we bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators firmly by these present.
  The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas there is a marriage shortly to be had and soleminized between the above bond TACY COOPER and JANE ORR  both of this county. These the above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue this
