William H Cooper 
William H was born in 1819.1 William H's father was John D Cooper and his mother was Margaret (Peggy) White. His paternal grandparents were Marcome Cooper and Sarah Juliet Randolph; his maternal grandparents were Littleberry White and Elizabeth Denton. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named Charles Wesley, David Edward, John V, Nancy W, Sarah J Sally, Polly, Millisie Lucy, Nancy, Mary Berry Polly, Elizabeth White and Rhoda.
