Elizabeth was born in 1764 in Nash Co., NC.1 Elizabeth's father was David D Cooper and her mother was Elizabeth Wilder. Her paternal grandparents were Marcom Cooper and Sarah Cooper. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Marcome, William, John Cotten, Sion, Malachia, Edward Ned, Rehab, Charity and Oprah. She was the second youngest of the ten children. She had a half-sister named Sarah Juliet.-
