Mary Elva "Mimi" was born on August 30th, 1908 in Grand Rivers, Livingston Co., KY. Mary Elva "Mimi"'s father was Winfrey Daniel Collie and her mother was Jincy Magdelena Nickell. Her maternal grandparents were Madison Criswell Nickell and Mary Ann "Molly" Boyd. She had three brothers and five sisters, named James Guthrie, Homah Criswell, Winfrey Daniel "W.D.", Anna Mae, Pearl, Mildred "Millie" Minnette, Macie Ruth and Bessie Lucille. She was the second youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 85 on August 6th, 1994 in Madison,Davidson Co.,TN.-
