Macie Ruth was born on July 23rd, 1902. Macie Ruth's father was Winfrey Daniel Collie and her mother was Jincy Magdelena Nickell. Her maternal grandparents were Madison Criswell Nickell and Mary Ann "Molly" Boyd. She had three brothers and five sisters, named James Guthrie, Homah Criswell, Winfrey Daniel "W.D.", Anna Mae, Pearl, Mildred "Millie" Minnette, Bessie Lucille and Mary Elva "Mimi". She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 73 on September 7th, 1975 in Knoxville,Knox Co.,TN.-
