Hazel Boyd 
Hazel was born about 1928 in Brooklyn, NY.1 Hazel's father was Stewart Boyd and her mother was Margaret Beatrice Slattery Boyd. Her paternal grandparents were Matthew Boyd and Louisa Porter Douglass. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Ross Montieth, Stewart F Jr, Eleanor L and Margaret. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William J and Vera. She died in December 1985.2 -
