David Amos 
David was born in 1791 in Spartenburgh Dist, SC.1 David's father was Daniel Amos and his mother was Oprah Cooper. His maternal grandparents were David D Cooper and Elizabeth Wilder. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John, William, James, Charles, Daniel, Elizabeth, Sarah and Mary. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 77 in 1868 in Rutherford, NC.1 -
