Alanson Alexander 
Alanson was born on December 15th, 1798 in Mecklenburg, NC, USA.1 Alanson's father was Amos Alexander and his mother was Mildridge Orr. His paternal grandparents were Hezekiah Alexander and Mary Sample; his maternal grandparents were Nathan Orr and Mildredge. He had three brothers and a sister, named Johantham, Hezekiah, Ulysses and Joseph. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 40 on October 9th, 1839 in Mecklenburg, NC, USA.1 -
