Being weak of body but in perfect sound mind and memory, I give to my beloved wife JANE a bed & furniture, her body clothes & spinning wheel, one-third of the household & kitchen furniture, a bay horse, the stock of cattle for the use & benefit of the family, and one-third of the plantation that I now live on while she remains my widow. I give to my beloved sons JAMES, WILLIAM, JOHN & ROBERT, and to my daughter ELIZABETH LEMMOND, now ELIZABETH GARRISON, the sum of $1.50 each. I give to my daughters ANN and NANCY LEMMOND $20 each to be paid by my sons CYRUS & MARS LEMMOND out of the benefits arising to them from my land that I now live on.
