Karoline von Hessenstein 
Karoline was born in 1792. Karoline's father was Wilhelm I Elector von Hessen-Kassel and her mother was Karoline von Schlotheim * von Hessenstein. Her paternal grandparents were Friedrich II von Hessen-Kassel and Mary von Great Britain. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Wilhelm Friedrich, Wilhelm Carl, Ferdinand, Ludwig Karl, Wilhelm Ludwig, Friedrich Ludwig, Auguste and Karoline. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children. She had twelve half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Friedrich, Wilhelm, Karl Baron, Friedrich Baron, Wilhelm II, Friedrich Baron, Wilhelm Karl Baron, Georg Wilhelm Baron, Philipp Baron, Moritz Baron, Julius Heinrich Baron, Otto Baron, MARIE Frederike, Karoline Amalie, Wilhelmiene Baroness and Marie Sophie. She died at the age of 5 in 1797.-
