Karoline Amalie von Hessen-Kassel 
Karoline Amalie was born on July 11th, 1771. Karoline Amalie's father was Wilhelm I Elector von Hessen-Kassel and her mother was Caroline von Daenemark. Her paternal grandparents were Friedrich II von Hessen-Kassel and Mary von Great Britain; her maternal grandparents were Friedrich V Koenig von Daenemark and Louisa Hanover. She had twelve brothers and three sisters, named Friedrich, Wilhelm, Karl Baron, Friedrich Baron, Wilhelm II, Friedrich Baron, Wilhelm Karl Baron, Georg Wilhelm Baron, Philipp Baron, Moritz Baron, Julius Heinrich Baron, Otto Baron, MARIE Frederike, Wilhelmiene Baroness and Marie Sophie. She was the second oldest of the sixteen children. She had six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Wilhelm Friedrich, Wilhelm Carl, Ferdinand, Ludwig Karl, Wilhelm Ludwig, Friedrich Ludwig, Karoline, Auguste and Karoline. She died at the age of 77 in 1848.-
