Karoline von Hessen-Philippsthal 
Karoline was born in 1756. Karoline's father was Wilhelm von Hessen-Philippsthal and her mother was Ulrike Eleonor von Hessen-Philippsthal-Barchfeld. Her paternal grandparents were Karl von Hessen-Philippsthal and Kathariene Christine von Sachsen-Eisenach; her maternal grandparents were Wilhelm von Hessen-Philippsthal-Barchfeld and Charlotte von Anhalt-Bernburg. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Karl, Wilhelm, Friedrich, Ludwig, Ernst Konstantin, Friederike and Charlotte Amalie. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died in 1756.-
