Matilda von Hessen-Marburg

Matilda was born in 1473.  Matilda's father was Heinrich lll von Hessen-Marburg and her mother was Anna von Katzenelnbogen.  Her paternal grandparents were Ludwig l von Hessen and Anna von Sachsen. She had four brothers and a sister, named Friedrich, Ludwig lll, Wilhelm lll, Heinrich and Elisabeth.  She was the second youngest of the six children.  She died at the age of 32 in 1505.
