Ludwig lll von Hessen-Marburg

Ludwig lll was born in 1460.  Ludwig lll's father was Heinrich lll von Hessen-Marburg and his mother was Anna von Katzenelnbogen.  His paternal grandparents were Ludwig l von Hessen and Anna von Sachsen. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Friedrich, Wilhelm lll, Heinrich, Elisabeth and Matilda.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 18 in 1478.
