Elisabeth von Hessen-Marburg

Elisabeth was born in 1466.  Elisabeth's father was Heinrich lll von Hessen-Marburg and her mother was Anna von Katzenelnbogen.  Her paternal grandparents were Ludwig l von Hessen and Anna von Sachsen. She had four brothers and a sister, named Friedrich, Ludwig lll, Wilhelm lll, Heinrich and Matilda.  She was the third oldest of the six children.  She died at the age of 57 in 1523.
