Margaret Potter 
Margaret was born on September 12th, 1810 in Simpson's Bay, St. Martin Island, West Indies.1 Margaret's father was Arthur Potter and her mother was Margaret White. Her maternal grandparents were White and Hartshorn. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Barnet Whatlington, Arthur, Charles Wilhelm, Frederick Carl Christian Monroe, Anne Eliza, Mary Elizabeth "Tito", Sara Whatlington "Sal", Louisa, Alice Jane Tatum and Mary Etholinda "Ethie". She was the second oldest of the eleven children.1 -
