Casper Howell Plant 
Casper Howell was born on May 30th, 1861.1 Casper Howell's father was Robert Jackson Plant and his mother was Rebecca A. Baker. His maternal grandparents were Abner Baker and Sarah. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Robert A., John Jefferson, George, William S., Allen K., Thomas J., Charles S., Claude and Loula Sally. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children.1 -
