Fanny Decker was born on January 26th, 1849 in Salt Lake City, UT.  Fanny Decker's father was Brigham Young and her mother was Lucy Ann Decker.  Her paternal grandparents were John Hayden Young and Abigail Nabby Howe. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Brigham Heber, Ernest Irving, Arta D. Crista, Feramorz Little, Shamira and Clarissa Hamilton.  She was the second oldest of the seven children. She had sixteen half-brothers and twenty-eight half-sisters, named Joseph Angell, Brigham, John Willard, Oscar Brigham, Jedediah Grant, Albert Jeddie, Edward Partridge, Joseph Don Carlos, Willard, Benjamin Morris, Hyrum Smith, Lorenzo Dow, Alonzo, Daniel Wells, Mohonri Moriancumer, Phineas Howe, Elizabeth, Violet, Mary Ann, Alice, Eunice Caroline, Jeanette Richards, Nabbie Howe, Charlotte Talula, Emily Augusta, Caroline Partridge, Miriam, Josephine, Laura, Mary Eliza, Clarissa Maria, Phoebe Louisa, Ella Elizabeth, Marinda Hyde, Emeline Amanda, Louisa Nelle, Ruth, Ardelle, Evelyn Louise, Ida, Zina Presendia, Eudora Lovina, Susan Amelia and Rhoda Mabel.  She died at the age of 42 on January 20th, 1892 in Salt Lake City, UT.
