William Thomas 
William was born about 1539 in Aber, Caernarvonshire, Wales. William's father was Rhys+ Thomas and his mother is Jane+ Puleston. His paternal grandfather was William+ Thomas and his paternal grandmother is Jane+ Herbert; his maternal grandfather was John+ Puleston and his maternal grandmother is Gaynor Ferch+ Robert. He had a brother and three sisters, named John, Jane, Margred and Gaynor+. He was the oldest of the five children. He died in 1586 in Battle of Zulphe, Flanders, France.General Notes
