Talitha was born on April 4th, 1823 in Upper Springfield, Columbiana, OH. Talitha's father was James Crew Stanley and her mother is Rachel Cowgill. Her paternal grandparents were James Crew Stanley and Mary Jones; her maternal grandfather was James Cowgill and her maternal grandmother is Charlotte X. She had three brothers and a sister, named James, Israel, Jesse and Charlotte. She was the youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 24 on May 22nd, 1847 in Goshen, Clermont, OH.General Notes
