Samuel Von was born on September 26th, 1642. Samuel Von's father was Wolf Heinrich I Von Schonburg-Forderglauchau and his mother was Judith Eva Reuss Zu Burgk. His paternal grandparents were Wolf III Von Schonburg-Penig and Anna Barbara Reuss Zu Greiz; his maternal grandparents were Heinrich III Reuss Zu Burgk and Anna Magdalena Von Schonburg-Waldenburg. He was an only child. He died at the age of 63 on June 20th, 1706.General Notes
