Isabelle De was born about 1515. Isabelle De's father was Rene De Savoie and her mother was Anna Lascaris. Her paternal grandfather was Philippe II De Savoie and her paternal grandmother is Libera Portoneria; her maternal grandfather was Jean Antoine Lascaris and her maternal grandmother is Isabelle D' Anglure. She had a brother and two sisters, named Honorat II De, Madeleine De and Marguerite De. She is the youngest of the four children.General Notes
