Anne De was born about September 24th, 1419.  Anne De's father was Janus De Lusignan and her mother was Charlotte De Bourbon.  Her paternal grandparents were Jacques I De Lusignan and Helvis Guelph; her maternal grandparents were Jean De Bourbon and Catherine De Vendome.  She was an only child.  She died on November 11th, 1462 in Geneva, Switzerland.

‌Anne De and Ludovico I De were married in a religious ceremony on November 1st, 1433.  They had three sons and four daughters, named Amadeo IX De, Luigi De, Philippe II De, Charlotte De, Margherita De, Agnes De and Bona Di.
