Her paternal grandparents are Renaud I De Forez and Isabelle De Beaujeu; her maternal grandparents were Philippe II De+ Montfort and Jeanne De+ Levis. She had a brother and a sister, named Jean I De and Eleonore De. She is the second oldest of the three children.
