Guy De+ was born about 1160. Guy De+'s father was Simon II De+ Montfort and his mother was Mahaut D'+ Evereux. His paternal grandparents were Amaury III De+ Montfort and Richilde De+ Hainaut. He had a sister named Bertrade D' Evereux+. He was the younger of the two children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Simon III De+, Perronelle De and Guiburge De+.
