Mandilla Catherine was born on December 7th, 1857 in Hutton Twp., Coles Co., IL. Mandilla Catherine's father was William Riley Rennels and her mother was Mary Jane Gilbert. Her paternal grandparents were James+ Rennels and Mary+ Connelly. She had two brothers and a sister, named Simon Martin, James Wilder and Mary Alma. She was the oldest of the four children. She had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Silas Emery, Elsworth, Ivory Franklin, William Walter, Child and Vieve May. She died at the age of 43 on April 12th, 1901 in Hutton Twp., Coles Co., IL.General Notes
