Robert Porteus 
Robert was born in 1705 in Newbottle, VA. Robert's father was Robert Porteus and his mother is Mildred Smith. His maternal grandparents were John Smith and Mary Warner. He was an only child. He died at the age of 49 in 1754 in Bedford Co., VA.General Notes
