Andronikos II Palaiologos 
Andronikos II was born on March 25th, 1259. Andronikos II's father was Michael VIII Palaiologos and his mother was Theodora Vatatzaina. His paternal grandfather was Andronikos Palaiologos and his paternal grandmother is Theodora Palaiologina; his maternal grandfather is Ioannes Vatatzes and his maternal grandmother was Eudoxia Angelina. He had two sisters named Eirene and Eudokia. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 72 in February 1332.General Notes
