Otto VII Von was born before 1339. Otto VII Von's father was Otto VI Von Ochsenstein and his mother was Elizabeth Von Hessen. His paternal grandparents were Otto V Von Ochsenstein and Herzelande Von Pfirt; his maternal grandparents were Johann Von Hessen and Adelheid Guelph. He had a brother named Rudolf II Von.
