George Clinton was born on October 21st, 1870 in Waterford, Washington Co., OH. George Clinton's father is William Edward Morgan and his mother was Lydia Louise Phillips. His paternal grandparents are Samuel H. Morgan and Mary Elizabeth Gililand; his maternal grandparents were John Phillips and Czarina Buchanan. He was an only child.
