Spence Monroe

Spence was born in 1759 in Westmoreland Co., VA. Spence's father was Spence Monroe and his mother is Elizabeth Jones. His paternal grandfather was Andrew Monroe. He had three brothers and a sister, named James, Andrew, Joseph Jones and Elizabeth. He is the third oldest of the five children.
