Joel B. was born about 1796. Joel B.'s father was John Mikels and his mother was Sylvia Hudspeth. His paternal grandparents were William Quiller+ Mickles and Clara+ England. He had four brothers and a sister, named George, Thomas Hudspeth, William H., John and Clara. He is the second oldest of the six children.General Notes
