John Peter Michelet 
John Peter was born in 1752. John Peter's father was Jean Jacques Michelet and his mother is Elizabeth Barbara Burkhalter. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John Jacob, John Martin, Henry, Mary Magdalena and Barbara. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 76 in 1828.General Notes
John Peter was in "military service against the Indians, and served as a fifer during the entire period of the Revolutionary war. He lived in Bedmister, Bucks Co.,PA in about 1784." "Wyoming & Lackawanna Valleys, Pennsylvania Genealogies & Family Histories, Vol. 1" Page 399.
