Joseph Mendenhall 
Joseph was born on March 17th, 1693 in Concordville, Delaware, PA. Joseph's father was Benjamin Mendenhall and his mother was Ann A. Pennell. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Mendenhall and Joane Strode; his maternal grandparents were Robert Pennell and Hannah Elizabeth Hyandson. He had three brothers and a sister, named Moses, Benjamin, Robert and Rebecca. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 55 on May 13th, 1748 in Pennsbury, PA.
