Janet Mackenzie 
Janet was born after 1539 in Kintail, Ross & Cromarty, Scotland. Janet's father was Kenneth Mackenzie and her mother is Elizabeth Stewart. Her paternal grandfather was John of Kintail Mackenzie and her paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Grant; her maternal grandparents were John Stewart and Janet Campbell. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Colin, Roderick, Elizabeth, Catherine and Agnes. She is the second oldest of the six children.General Notes
