Arnold Allan Cecil was born on June 1st, 1858. Arnold Allan Cecil's father is William Coutts Keppel and his mother was Sophia McNab. His paternal grandparents were George Thomas Keppel and Susan Trotter; his maternal grandparents were Allen Napier McNab and Mary Stuart. He had a brother named George. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 83 on April 12th, 1942.General Notes
