William Charles Keppel 
William Charles was born on May 14th, 1772 in London, England. William Charles' father was George Keppel and his mother was Anne Miller. His paternal grandparents were William Keppel and Anne Lennox. He was an only child. He died at the age of 77 on October 30th, 1849.General Notes
