Thomas III Jefferson 
Thomas III was born on April 13th, 1743 in Shadwell, Goochland Co. VA. Thomas III's father was Peter Jefferson and his mother was Jane Isham Randolph. His paternal grandparents were Thomas II Jefferson and Mary Field; his maternal grandparents were Isham Randolph and Jane Lilburne Susan Rogers. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Peter Field, Randolph, Jane, Mary, Elizabeth, Martha, Lucy and Anna Scott. He was the third oldest of the nine children.
