Martha Jefferson

Martha was born on September 27th, 1772 in Monticello, Charlottesville, Albemarle, VA. Martha's father was Thomas III Jefferson and her mother was Martha Wayles. Her paternal grandparents were Peter Jefferson and Jane Isham Randolph; her maternal grandparents were John Wayles and Martha Eppes. She had a brother and three sisters, named Nm, Jane Randolph, Mary and Lucy Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the five children. She had a half-brother named John. She died at the age of 64 on October 10th, 1836 in Edgehill, King George Co., VA.
