Jane Jefferson

Jane was born in 1740 in Goochland (Albermarle) VA. Jane's father was Peter Jefferson and her mother was Jane Isham Randolph. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas II Jefferson and Mary Field; her maternal grandparents were Isham Randolph and Jane Lilburne Susan Rogers. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Thomas III, Peter Field, Randolph, Mary, Elizabeth, Martha, Lucy and Anna Scott. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 25 in 1765.
