Salentin V Von was born about 1342. Salentin V Von's father was Salentin IV Von Isenburg and his mother was Katharina Von Solms. His paternal grandparents were Salentin III Von Isenburg and Mechtild Von Kobern; his maternal grandparents were Johann I Von Solms and Armgard Von Bilstein. He was an only child.
