Theophilus Howard 
Theophilus was born in 1584 in Suffolk, England. Theophilus' father was Thomas Howard and his mother was Catherine Knyvett. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Howard and Margaret De Audley; his maternal grandparents were Henry Knyvett and Elizabeth Stump. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Edward, Frances and Catherine. He died at the age of 56 on June 3rd, 1640 in Suffolk House, England. He was buried on June 10th, 1640 in Walden, Essex, England.General Notes
